What size LED mirror should I choose?
Round or rectangular — which is right for my bathroom?

What do 3000K, 4000K and 6000K mean?
They're colour temperatures: 3000K is warm and relaxing, 4000K is neutral daylight (best for make-up colour accuracy), and 6000K is crisp cool white for precision tasks. Every AURA bathroom mirror switches between all three at a touch.
Are LED mirrors energy-efficient?
Yes — LED strips draw a fraction of the power of traditional bathroom lighting and are rated for 30,000+ hours, roughly a decade of daily use, with no bulbs to replace.
Installation
Installation & safety
Can I install an AURA mirror myself?
Yes — wall-mounting takes around ten minutes with the included expansion screws and instructions. You'll need a tape measure and a drill. For hardwired power we recommend a qualified electrician.
Plug-in or hardwired — what's the difference?
Plug-in uses the included 1150mm cord with a nearby socket — quick and DIY-friendly. Hardwiring connects the mirror to a fused spur inside the wall for a completely cable-free look. Both are supported on every AURA mirror.
Are AURA mirrors safe for bathrooms?
Our GLOW and HALO bathroom mirrors are IP54 rated — sealed against steam, splashing water and dust — and designed for above-basin bathroom positioning in UK homes.
Can I use AURA mirrors in a salon or commercial space?
Yes — the professional-grade lighting makes them popular in salons, barbershops and hotels. For larger orders, email us about trade discounts and express shipping.

How much is delivery?
UK shipping is free on all orders over £80. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and every mirror ships in reinforced protective packaging.
What if my mirror arrives damaged?
In the rare event of transit damage, contact us with photos and we'll ship a one-to-one replacement — at no extra cost.
What is your returns policy?
14-day returns on every order. If a mirror isn't right for your space, contact us and we'll arrange it.
How long is the warranty?
Every AURA mirror carries a 2-year warranty covering the LED system, touch controls and construction.
